A practical sequence.
For every party.
The same five steps apply whether you are selling, buying or introducing. Each step leaves a record you can see in your account.
- 01
Submit
Provide a concise overview, your role and the available supporting information.
- 02
Review
We establish authority, the quality of the information and suitability for the engagement.
- 03
Agree
Mandate, presentation strategy, disclosure permissions and commercial terms are set in writing.
- 04
Present
Approved materials are shown to relevant prospective counterparties in the agreed way.
- 05
Introduce
A documented introduction is arranged and the next exchange, meeting or information request coordinated.
The parties remain responsible for negotiation, professional advice, due diligence and the transaction itself.
Share what is relevant. When it is relevant.
- 01
Initial overview
The opportunity is introduced at the agreed level of detail.
- 02
Relevant interest
The prospect's purpose and standing to proceed are established.
- 03
Confidential exchange
A confidentiality agreement is accepted for the specific case.
- 04
Approved documentation
Further information is released with the owner's approval, for a limited period, and every view is logged.
Confidentiality arrangements reduce unnecessary exposure; they do not eliminate every risk of onward disclosure.
